    Purchasin process

    In the product catalog, you can select the articles of your interest and add them to the cart. When you have finished this process, you can access your cart. There you can see all the selected products, with their quantities and prices, being able to modify quantities or eliminate products.

    The purchase will be in only one step, that is, once you have decided to finalize the purchase you can check again the selected, register (it is mandatory to be able to buy), enter the shipping address if it is different from the billing, choose the payment method and confirm the general conditions (necessary to proceed with the payment).

    With the confirmation of the order, and depending on the payment method, you will receive an email with the summary of the purchase and the invoice. As well as an email with a link from the transport agency to track the order when it.

    Delivery Term

    All shipments to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands have an estimated delivery frame time from the warehouse between 48 and 72 hours approximately. If the frame time is different for stock reasons, you will receive an email with that information.

    Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have an estimated delivery frame time from departure from the warehouse of 8/10 business days. If the frame time is different for stock reasons, you will receive an email with that information.

    If there is any delay beyond our control, as in the case of transport agencies, we will not be responsible for these charges or payments or in case there is an error in the data provided or the absence at the time of delivery.

    Place of delivery

    Your order will be delivered at the address you have indicated on the order form. If you were not at that moment to receive the order, you will be left with a notification indicating the place where you can pick up your order. Usually, this address will be designated by the carrier.

    For the purposes of these conditions, we will only consider that the delivery has taken place or that the order has been delivered at the moment in which you or a third party designated by you have the material possession of the products, which will be accredited through the signature of the reception / collection of the order.

    In the event that your order is available for delivery and after 15 days that order has not been delivered / collected for reasons not attributable to our company, we understand that you want to desist from the order. In this case, we will refund all payments received from you, including those for delivery (with the exception of the additional expenses resulting from your choice of a different delivery mode to the least expensive mode of standard delivery we offer) within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which we consider the contract terminated. Keep in mind that the transport derived from the resolution of the contract may have an additional cost, so we will charge on the corresponding costs.

    The delivery costs

    Shipping and shipping costs are free for purchases over € 90 for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, and above € 300 for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. For orders less than that amount, the transport and shipping costs are as follows:

    - Peninsula. € 9

    - Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: € 30

    Payment methods

    Once you confirm your order, there are three forms of payment, all of them safely. Our server uses SSL encryption technology. You can select the payment method that suits you:

    - Credit card: The collection operation is carried out through the secure collection platform of Caixabank, this ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of the data provided. Orders will be collected in full at the time when the purchase operation is completed.

    - Paypal

    - Bank transfer: when you place the order with this form of payment, you will receive an email with the bank account to which you have to make the transfer. The order will begin its preparation and shipping process at the moment in which we check the arrival of the transfer, until a maximum period of 5 days. In the case of exceeding this period without receiving the transfer, the order will be cancelled.

    Return Policy

    In VAYOIL TEXTIL, S.A. We guarantee the possibility for all customers to cancel and return his order at any time and without cost, if the cancellation is communicated before the order has passed to the manufacturing process and always before the shipment or departure of the expedition of our warehouses.

    If a product different from our company delivered the one requested by you, it will be removed and the correct product will be delivered without any additional charge for you.

    To return any item, keep the following in mind:

    - The items to be returned must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

    - The term for the return is of maximum 14 calendar days counting from the day in which you or a third party by you indicated different from the carrier, acquired the material possession of the articles. In the event that the items that make up your order are delivered separately, the period will be 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the last of those items.

    - The amount of garments that have been used, handled and / or washed will not be returned.

    - The return has to send it to us by its own means, including shipping costs (except if Vayoil Textil serves a different product than the one requested or defective)

    - Once the correct status of the returned items has been verified, we will refund the amount of the products through the means of payment used in the purchase process, within a period of approximately 7 days from the verification.
